About the Founders
KRX was founded by Tom Holland and Dominic Carthy — we run our own legal practices, using the same model we offer you.
Co-Founder
Dominic is the founder of his own employment dispute resolution practice and works alongside solicitors, barristers and HR professionals on complex workplace disputes and employment law matters.
In his spare time, Dominic competes in golf competitions with a +2 handicap and loves classic movies.
Co-Founder
Tom is a qualified solicitor and founder of his own legal practice, specialising in succession planning.
Away from work, Tom enjoys golf and drinking red wine.
